Delicious, moist blueberry chocolate cupcakes perfect for coffee breaks or as a sweet treat. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 12 cupcakes
Ingredients:
- 2 dl all-purpose flour - 1 dl cocoa powder
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 dl milk
- 1 dl oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 dl fresh blueberries
- Powdered sugar for decoration
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). 2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. Add the milk, oil, and eggs, and stir until the batter is smooth.
4. Gently fold in the blueberries.
5. Pour the batter into muffin cups lined with paper liners.
6. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cupcakes are cooked through.
7. Let them cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
