Ingredients

- Crust:
- 100 g butter
- 3/4 dl sugar
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 2 dl whole grain rye flour

- Filling:
- 250 g quark
- 1 egg
- ½ dl sugar
- 3 dl blueberries

Instructions

1. Beat the softened butter and sugar together in a bowl until light and fluffy.
2. Add the egg and mix well. Gradually stir in the flour and baking powder until combined.
3. Grease a pie dish and evenly spread the crust mixture across the bottom using a spoon.
4. In a separate bowl, mix together the quark, egg, sugar, and blueberries for the filling, then spoon it over the crust.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) on the lower middle rack for about 25 minutes, or until the top is a beautiful golden brown.
