Ingredients:
- 800 g salmon fillet - 200 g sour cream
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 dl grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp capers, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). 2. Place the salmon fillet in a baking dish. Season with salt and black pepper.
3. In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, capers, and crushed garlic.
4. Spread the sour cream mixture evenly over the salmon.
5. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, until the fish is cooked through and the topping is beautifully golden brown.
6. Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
