A delicious ground beef pasta dish, perfect for family dinners, topped with a delightful cheese gratin. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients
- 25 g cheese- 2 tsp margarine
- 3 dl cooked pasta (e.g., penne or macaroni)
- 1.5 dl water
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 leek
- ½ large carrot
- 120 g ground beef
- 2 tsp flour
Instructions
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.2. Sauté the ground beef in margarine in a pan until fully cooked.
3. Grate the carrot and chop the leek. Add them to the pan with the ground beef and sauté for a few minutes.
4. Stir in the flour and mix well. Add the water and tomato paste, bringing the mixture to a boil for about 5 minutes.
5. Combine the cooked pasta with the ground beef mixture and transfer everything to a baking dish.
6. Grate the cheese and sprinkle it over the pasta.
7. Bake in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
