A refreshing spring salad perfect for celebrations.

Ingredients:
- 200 g mixed green salad
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 150 g feta cheese
- 50 g nuts (e.g., walnuts)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse the mixed greens thoroughly and drain well.
2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and slice the cucumber.
3. Peel and slice the red onion into thin rings.
4. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces.
5. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
6. In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
7. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
8. Top the salad with nuts before serving.
