Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- 1 red onion
- 150 g feta cheese
- 100 g mixed salad greens (e.g., iceberg lettuce, arugula)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse and chop the cucumber, tomatoes, and avocado.
2. Slice the red onion into thin rings.
3. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces.
4. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.
