A delicious pasta dish that combines tender osso buco sauce with perfectly cooked pasta. Perfect for special occasions or when you want to treat yourself. Preparation Time: 1 hour 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 400 g pasta (e.g., tagliatelle or fettuccine) - 800 g osso buco meat (veal or beef)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 100 ml white wine
- 400 g canned crushed tomatoes
- 200 ml beef broth
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Brown the osso buco meat on both sides until nicely colored. Remove the meat from the pot and set aside. 2. Add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery to the pot. Sauté the vegetables for a few minutes until softened.
3. Pour the white wine into the pot and let it simmer until reduced by half.
4. Add the crushed tomatoes and beef broth. Mix well and return the meat to the pot. Season with thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
5. Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for about 1 hour, until the meat is tender.
6. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Drain the pasta and mix it with the osso buco sauce.
7. Serve the pasta dishes topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
