Serving Size: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g butter
- 2 dl sugar
- 3 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl potato flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 4 dl fresh blueberries
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Grease a pie dish and preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Melt the butter in a saucepan and let it cool slightly.
3. In a bowl, mix the sugar and melted butter together.
4. Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.
5. Combine the dry ingredients (all-purpose flour, potato flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt) and fold them into the batter.
6. Gently fold the blueberries into the batter.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared pie dish and smooth the surface.
8. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the pie is cooked through.
9. Allow to cool before serving.
