A delicious pound cake enriched with blueberries, perfect for celebrations or coffee breaks. Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 10-12 slices
Ingredients:
- 200 g butter- 2 dl sugar
- 4 eggs
- 5 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl milk
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 3 dl blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.2. In a bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the batter, alternating with the milk.
5. Gently fold in the blueberries into the batter.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the oven for about 50-60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
