Filling:
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries or lingonberries
- 2 tbsp rye flour
- 1/4 to 1 cup sugar
Instructions
1. Prepare the crust: - Crust I: Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let it rest.
- Crust II: Knead the dough well and let it rise.
2. Make the filling:
- In a bowl, combine the filling ingredients (berries, rye flour, and sugar).
3. Assemble the pie:
- Roll out the crust to fit a baking sheet.
- Fold the edges of the dough over.
- Spread the filling evenly over the dough.
4. Bake:
