A delicious and moist blueberry pie, perfect for coffee breaks or dessert. Easy to prepare and incredibly tasty! Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 8-10 servings
Ingredients
Crust: - 125 g butter
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
Filling:
- 200 g blueberries
- 1 dl cream
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
1. Cream the butter and sugar together until fluffy. 2. Beat in the egg gradually while mixing.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients and add to the butter mixture, stirring until well combined.
4. Press the dough into a pie dish, using flour to prevent sticking.
5. In another bowl, mix the filling ingredients together, excluding the blueberries.
6. Pour the filling over the crust and sprinkle the blueberries on top.
7. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 30 minutes, or until the top is a beautiful golden brown.
