A delightful dessert featuring creamy vanilla ice cream, rich chocolate sauce, and fresh berries. Perfect for a sweet treat! Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g vanilla ice cream
- 100 g chocolate sauce
- 50 g nuts (e.g., walnuts or pecans)
- 150 g fresh berries (e.g., strawberries or blueberries)
- 1 dl heavy cream
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. Take the vanilla ice cream out of the freezer and let it soften for about 10 minutes.
2. Whip the heavy cream, adding the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar towards the end of whipping.
3. Prepare serving dishes and place a layer of vanilla ice cream at the bottom.
4. Pour chocolate sauce over the ice cream and sprinkle with nuts.
5. Add fresh berries on top of the ice cream.
6. Drizzle more chocolate sauce over the berries.
7. Garnish the servings with whipped cream and mint leaves.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
