Ingredients:
- 4 organic free-range eggs
- 100 ml milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter or oil
- 50 g grated cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or basil) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and add milk, salt, and black pepper. Whisk the mixture well.
2. Heat butter or oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
3. Add the diced bell pepper and chopped onion to the pan and sauté until they are soft.
4. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables in the pan. Allow it to cook gently until the edges begin to set.
5. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top of the omelette and cook for a little longer until the cheese melts and the omelette is cooked through.
6. Carefully slide the omelette onto a plate and garnish with fresh herbs.
