Delicious and soft pancakes made from traditional ingredients, perfect for breakfast or a snack. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 dl buttermilk
- 2 dl flour (wheat or rye)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl milk (if needed)
- 2 tbsp butter (for frying)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the buttermilk, flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
2. Add the eggs and stir until you have a smooth batter. If the batter is too thick, you can add a little milk.
3. Heat a frying pan and melt the butter in it.
4. Pour the batter onto the pan and cook on both sides until the pancakes are golden brown.
5. Serve warm with jam or berries.
