Ingredients

- 200 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 300 g all-purpose flour
- 1 dl milk
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 100 g cocoa powder
- 150 g chocolate (melted)
- Berries and powdered sugar for decoration

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and cocoa powder) and add them to the batter alternately with the milk.
5. Finally, mix in the melted chocolate into the batter.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the oven for about 30–35 minutes.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Decorate with berries and powdered sugar.
