Ingredients:
- Dried heather flowers
- Dried raspberry leaves
- Dried fireweed flowers
- Dried chamomile
- Dried cornflower
- Dried oregano flowers
- Hot water
Instructions:
1. Gather and dry the heather flowers and your chosen herbs.
2. Take about 1-2 teaspoons of the dried herbs (you can use your preferred combination).
3. Place the herbs in a teapot or mug.
4. Boil water and pour it over the herbs.
5. Let the tea steep for about 5-10 minutes.
