Serving Size: About 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 ml organic cow's milk
- 200 ml organic cream
- 100 g organic sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the organic cow's milk and cream.
2. Add the sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer's instructions. If you do not have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into an airtight container.
4. Freeze the mixture for about 30 minutes, then take it out and stir vigorously. Repeat this process 2-3 more times to achieve a creamy texture.
5. Allow the ice cream to freeze for at least 2-3 hours until it is firm enough.
