Ingredients:
- 400 g sweetened condensed milk
- 500 g powdered sugar
- 200 g shredded coconut
- Food coloring (optional, e.g., pink)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk and powdered sugar until well combined.
2. Add the shredded coconut to the mixture and stir until it forms a smooth mass.
3. If desired, add food coloring and mix until the color is uniform.
4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper and smooth the top.
5. Allow the cubes to set in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
6. Once set, cut the mixture into cubes and serve.
