A delicious and filling dish that combines the flavors of sauerkraut and cottage cheese, perfect for both everyday meals and special occasions!

Serving size: 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
- 250 g sour cream
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 400 g sauerkraut
- 2 packages rye-potato dough (1 pkg)
- 2 eggs
Instructions:
1. Press the rye-potato dough into a pie dish.
2. Rinse and drain the sauerkraut. Spread it evenly over the pie crust.
3. In a bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, sour cream, eggs, and salt. You can add 2 tsp of herb mix if desired.
4. Pour the filling over the sauerkraut.
5. Bake the pie at 200°C (400°F) for about 30 minutes, until the filling is set and the top is nicely colored.
