- 2 1/2 dl all-purpose flour
- 100 g butter
- 1/2 can (125 g) sour cream
- A pinch of salt (about 1/4 tsp)
Filling:
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 400 g sauerkraut
- 1 can (120 g) sour cream
- About 2 tbsp honey

5. Roll out or press the dough into a pie dish. Add the filling and sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180-200°C (350-400°F) for about 20 minutes or until the pie is beautifully golden brown.
7. Serve with a side salad and/or bratwurst.
