Gado-Gado Salad - A Nutritious Indonesian Dish

Ingredients:
- 200 g green beans
- 2 potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 100 g tofu
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tomato
- 100 g cabbage
- 100 g peanuts
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp chili powder (optional)
Instructions:
1. Boil the potatoes and carrot until tender. Allow to cool and then dice.
2. Steam the green beans for about 5 minutes until crisp.
3. Pan-fry the tofu until golden brown, then cut into cubes.
4. Boil the eggs until hard, peel, and cut into quarters.
5. Slice the cucumber and tomato, and shred the cabbage.
6. In a bowl, mix the peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, sugar, crushed garlic, and chili powder.
7. Arrange all the vegetables, tofu, and eggs in a serving dish.
8. Pour the peanut sauce over the salad and toss gently.
9. Garnish with peanuts and serve immediately.
