Ingredients:

- 6 slices of white bread
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 dl sour cream
- 1 dl fresh herbs (e.g., basil and parsley)
- 200 g smoked salmon or cold-smoked salmon
- 1 avocado
- 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh vegetables (e.g., cucumber, tomato)
- Champagne or sparkling wine to serve

Instructions:

1. Start by lightly toasting the bread slices until golden brown in a toaster.
2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and sour cream together, adding chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread the herb-cream cheese mixture over the toasted bread.
4. Slice the avocado and squeeze a little lemon juice on top to prevent browning.
5. Place slices of smoked salmon and avocado on the bread.
6. Slice fresh vegetables and arrange them on a plate.
7. Serve the brunch celebration with champagne or sparkling wine.
