Ingredients:
- 4 eggs - 200 g smoked salmon
- 1 avocado
- 1 dl sour cream
- 1 dl fresh herbs (e.g., dill and parsley)
- 1 package of croissants
- 1 dl fresh juice
- 1/2 kg fruit (e.g., strawberries, kiwis, and bananas)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Boil the eggs to your desired doneness (about 8–10 minutes).2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and skin, and slice it.
3. Prepare a serving platter: arrange the smoked salmon, sliced avocado, and boiled eggs on the plate.
4. Add sour cream on top of the eggs and sprinkle fresh herbs over everything.
5. Warm the croissants in the oven or microwave and serve them hot.
6. Prepare a fruit platter by cutting the fruits into bite-sized pieces and arranging them beautifully.
7. Serve fresh juice as a beverage.
