Ingredients:

- 2 whole grain breads
- 100 g hummus
- 1 avocado
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 50 g salad (e.g., arugula or iceberg lettuce)
- 30 g nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)
- 2 bananas
- 500 ml water

Instructions:

1. Spread hummus evenly on the slices of bread.
2. Slice the avocado and cherry tomatoes and add them on top of the hummus.
3. Add the salad on top of the bread.
4. Wrap the sandwiches tightly in foil or pack them in a lunch container.
5. Wash the bananas and pack them separately in your backpack.
6. Bring along the nuts and water.
