Description: Chewy and nutritious oat bars packed with dried blueberries, perfect for a snack or breakfast on the go.

Serving Size: 12 bars
Ingredients:
- 200 g butter
- 2 dl brown sugar
- 3 tbsp light syrup
- 9 dl rolled oats
- 25 g dried blueberries
Instructions:
1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter, brown sugar, and light syrup together until fully combined.
2. Stir in the rolled oats and dried blueberries until evenly mixed.
3. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper and spread it out evenly.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) on the lower rack for 30 minutes.
5. Turn off the oven and leave the bars inside for an additional 10 minutes.
6. Allow the bars to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until they are cold.
7. Cut the cooled mixture into rectangular pieces and enjoy!
