Description: This delicious mint cake is a perfect sweet snack or dessert. The cake base is soft and moist, with a refreshing mint flavor.

Ingredients:

- 200 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 300 g all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 100 ml milk
- 2 tsp mint extract
- 100 g white chocolate
- 50 g mint chocolate (for decoration)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the sugar. Mix well.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the batter, alternating with the milk.
5. Add the mint extract and mix until smooth.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and cooked through.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Melt the white chocolate and pour it over the cake. Decorate with mint chocolate.
