Serving Size: 4 people
Ingredients:
- 200 g fresh fish (e.g., salmon or tuna) - 1 dl olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 dl cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 dl green olives, sliced
Instructions:
1. Cut the fresh fish into small cubes and place them in a bowl. 2. Add olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper to the fish. Mix well and let marinate for about 10 minutes.
3. Prepare the accompaniments: dice the avocado, finely chop the red onion, and halve the cherry tomatoes.
4. Serve the fish mixture on a platter alongside the accompaniments. You can arrange them beautifully or mix everything together.
5. Enjoy the moikku as an appetizer or a light snack!
