A delicious dessert featuring a buttery oat crust topped with fresh apricots. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Serving Size: 12 squares
Ingredients:
- 200 g rolled oats
- 150 g all-purpose flour
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g butter (softened)
- 2 tablespoons water
- 300 g fresh apricots
- 2 tablespoons sugar (for apricots)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, sugar, and softened butter.
3. Add water and mix until the dough is smooth.
4. Set aside about half of the dough and press the remaining dough firmly into the bottom of a baking dish.
5. Rinse and chop the apricots, then mix them with the sugar and lemon juice.
6. Spread the apricot mixture evenly over the crust.
7. Crumble the reserved dough over the apricots.
8. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
9. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
10. Serve and enjoy!
