Ingredients:
- 200 g almond flour
- 100 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g butter (melted)
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 300 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Grease a pie dish and dust it with almond flour.
3. In a bowl, mix together almond flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and salt.
4. Add the eggs and melted butter to the mixture, and stir well until the batter is smooth.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and smooth the top.
6. Sprinkle the blueberries over the batter.
7. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the pie is golden brown and cooked through.
8. Allow to cool before serving.
