Ingredients:
- 600 g salmon fillet- Salt
- Black pepper
- Oil for frying
Remoulade Sauce:
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon honey mustard
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 100 g red bell pepper, diced
- 100 g pickles, diced
- 2 tbsp dill
- Freshly ground black pepper
- (Salt to taste)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the remoulade sauce: In a bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, and mustard, and mix well.2. Add the onion, bell pepper, pickles, and dill. Stir until evenly mixed.
3. Season the sauce with black pepper and add salt if needed. Refrigerate to allow the flavors to meld.
4. Cut the salmon fillet into medallions and season with salt and black pepper.
5. Heat oil in a pan and fry the medallions on both sides until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Serve the salmon medallions with the remoulade sauce and enjoy!
