Ingredients
- 3 dl potato flour - 250 g margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2.5 dl sugar
Instructions
1. Beat the margarine and sugar together until fluffy. 2. Add the vanilla sugar, potato flour, and baking powder to the mixture.
3. Incorporate the eggs and mix until the batter is light and fluffy.
4. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
5. Bake at 175 °C for about an hour, or until the cake is cooked through.
