A delicious meat pie that is a perfect meal for the whole family. Easy to prepare and full of flavor! Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground beef
- 4 mushrooms (optional)
- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 can cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet ready-made pie crust
- 100 g cheese (e.g., Emmental or mozzarella)
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Slice the mushrooms.
2. Heat the oil in a pan and add the onions and garlic. Sauté until soft.
3. Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until browned. Stir in the mushrooms and spices. Mix well and let cool.
4. Grease a pie dish and roll out the crust to fit the bottom and sides of the dish.
5. In a bowl, combine the cream and eggs. Add the cooled meat mixture and mix thoroughly.
6. Pour the filling into the pie crust and sprinkle cheese on top.
7. Bake at 200 °C (392 °F) for about 30-35 minutes or until golden brown on top.
8. Allow the pie to cool slightly before serving.
