Ingredients

- 2 eggs
- 200 g crushed tomatoes
- 1 tbsp ground beef seasoning
- 100 g oil (e.g., canola oil)
- 400 g ground beef
- 2 dl lactose-free milk
- 60 g tomato spread
- 60 g lactose-free grated cheese
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp dried basil
- 130 g tomato ketchup
- 3 rings of pineapple
- A few pinches of pepper mix
- 3 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
2. Brown the ground beef in a pan and season it with ground beef seasoning. Add the crushed tomatoes and mix well.
3. In another bowl, combine the oil, eggs, and milk. Add the all-purpose flour, salt, oregano, and basil. Mix until you have a smooth dough.
4. Pour the dough into a greased pie dish and spread it evenly across the bottom.
5. Spread the ground beef mixture over the dough.
6. Evenly distribute the tomato spread, tomato ketchup, and pineapple rings on top of the filling.
7. Sprinkle the grated cheese last.
8. Bake the pie in the oven for about 30-40 minutes, or until the top is beautifully golden brown.
9. Let it cool for a moment before serving.
