A delicious meat pie that's easy to make, perfect for both everyday meals and special occasions. With a spicy minced meat filling and creamy ingredients, it melts in your mouth. Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp salt - 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 dl hot water
- 400 g minced meat
- 3 eggs
- 2 dl oatmeal
- 1 tbsp Santa Maria minced meat seasoning
- 50-100 g grated cheese (lactose-free)
- 170 g oil
- 3 dl rice cooked in broth
- 3 dl milk (lactose-free)
- 2 dl yeast bread flour
- 2½ dl bun flour
- 1 onion
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).2. Sauté the chopped onion in oil until translucent, add the minced meat and cook until browned. Season the meat with Santa Maria minced meat seasoning.
3. In a bowl, mix the oatmeal, yeast bread flour, bun flour, salt, and baking powder.
4. Add the hot water to the mixture and stir well.
5. Incorporate the eggs, milk, and the cooked meat-onion mixture into the dough. Mix until smooth.
6. Pour the dough into a greased pie dish. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
7. Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
8. Allow the pie to cool for a moment before serving.
