A delicious and creamy mashed potato dish flavored with sour cream and onion powder. This mash is the perfect side for fish dishes.

Ingredients:
- 500 g potatoes
- 1 dl sour cream
- 0.5 dl milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt (or seasoning salt) to taste
- 1-2 tsp onion powder (to taste)
- A pinch of garlic powder (optional)
- Fresh or dried dill/parsley/chives (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the potatoes. Boil the potatoes in salted water until they are soft.
2. Drain the cooked potatoes and mash them until smooth.
3. Add the sour cream to the mash and mix until you reach your desired consistency.
4. Stir in a splash of milk and a pat of butter, mixing well.
5. Season the mash with salt, onion powder, and garlic powder to taste.
6. If desired, add dill, parsley, or chives for garnish and flavor.
7. Serve the mash warm alongside fried fish or other seafood.
