Ingredients:

- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- Fresh mint (optional)

Instructions:

2. Add the dried dandelion root to the boiling water and stir.
3. Let the tea steep for about 5-7 minutes.
4. Strain the tea into cups and add honey to taste if you prefer it sweeter.
