Serving Size: 2 cups
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons dried dandelion root - 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- Fresh mint (optional)
Instructions:
1. Boil the water in a saucepan. 2. Add the dried dandelion root to the boiling water and stir.
3. Let the tea steep for about 5-7 minutes.
4. Strain the tea into cups and add honey to taste if you prefer it sweeter.
5. Garnish with fresh mint before serving, if desired.
