A delicious steak dish that elevates your taste experience. Preparation time is about 30 minutes and serves 2.
Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of steak (e.g. entrecôte or tenderloin)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 200 g potatoes
- 100 g green beans
- 1 tablespoon butter (for sautéing the beans)
Instructions:
1. Take the steaks out to room temperature about 30 minutes before cooking. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and keep warm.
3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the crushed garlic and rosemary, sauté briefly.
4. Add the steaks to the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Add the butter to the pan towards the end of cooking.
5. Boil the green beans in salted water for about 3-4 minutes, drain and sauté in butter.
6. Serve the steaks with the potatoes and green beans.
