Ingredients:
- 50 ml organic beetroot juice
- 25 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml simple syrup (made with beetroot juice instead of water)
- 25 ml egg white
- Ice
- Dried beetroot chips (for garnish)
- Orange peel (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the simple syrup by replacing water with organic beetroot juice.
2. Measure all ingredients (beetroot juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white) into a shaker.
3. Shake the ingredients thoroughly without ice (dry shake) to create a good foam.
4. Add ice to the shaker and shake again.
5. Strain the drink into a glass filled with ice.
6. Garnish with dried beetroot chips and orange peel.
