Delicious finger food that you can fill according to your preference. Perfect for New Year's gatherings!

Ingredients:

- Nori seaweed sheets
- Cooked sushi rice
- Wasabi paste
- Filling options such as:
- Cucumber
- Avocado
- Bell pepper
- Mango
- Cooked chicken

Instructions:

1. Cut all filling ingredients into long strips.
2. Place a nori sheet shiny side down on a bamboo mat.
3. Wet your hands and take a small amount of rice, spreading a thin layer over about ¾ of the nori sheet.
4. Add a little wasabi in the center of the rice and place your desired fillings on top.
5. Roll the nori away from yourself, using the bamboo mat for help. Wet the edge of the nori without rice to seal the roll.
6. Cut the roll into pieces with a sharp knife and serve with soy sauce.
