Make delicious and healthy organic yogurt easily at home. This recipe is perfect for breakfast or a snack.Preparation Time: 10 minutes + 8-12 hours fermentation time
Serving Size: About 1 liter
Ingredients:
- 1 liter organic milk (whole or low-fat)
- 1 container of Bulgarian yogurt
Instructions:
1. Boil the organic milk in a saucepan, stirring gently to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.
2. Once the milk has boiled, remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool to about 40°C (104°F).
3. When the milk has cooled, add the Bulgarian yogurt and stir well.
4. Pour the mixture into a clean, tightly sealed container.
5. Cover the container with a cloth and place it in a warm spot. Let it ferment for 8-12 hours.
6. Once the yogurt has thickened, transfer it to the refrigerator and enjoy.
