A heavenly raspberry pastry that will leave you wanting more. Perfect dessert for celebrations or a delightful treat for everyday life.
Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 12 pastries

Ingredients:

- 200 g butter
- 1 dl sugar
- 4 dl flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 200 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 dl cream
- 1 dl vanilla sauce
- Powdered sugar for decoration

Instructions:

1. Melt the butter in a saucepan and let it cool slightly.
2. In a bowl, mix together the sugar and flour. Add the baking powder and mix well.
3. Add the cooled butter and eggs to the flour mixture. Knead the dough until smooth.
4. Roll out the dough into a sheet and cut it into desired sizes.
5. Place the pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
6. Add the raspberries on top of the dough pieces.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 20-25 minutes, until the pastries are golden brown.
8. Let cool and serve with whipped cream and vanilla sauce.
9. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
