A simple and delicious sausage stroganoff, perfect for busy days.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g high-quality sausages (such as smoked sausages)
- 1 large onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp butter or oil
- 100 ml cream
- 100 ml beef broth
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
2. Slice the sausages into rounds.
3. Heat the butter or oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until soft.
4. Add the sliced sausages to the pan and cook until they are nicely browned.
5. Stir in the tomato paste and paprika, and cook for another minute.
6. Pour in the beef broth and cream, mixing well. Let it simmer on low heat for about 5-10 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
