A delicious salmon stew packed with flavor and nutrients. This dish combines tender salmon, tasty vegetables, and a creamy sauce, perfect for a weekend meal! Preparation Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:
- 400 g salmon fillet - 4 potatoes
- 1 leek
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 500 ml fish stock
- 200 ml cooking cream
- Fresh dill
- Salt to taste
- Pink peppercorns to taste
Instructions:
1. Peel and dice the potatoes. Rinse the leek, onion, and bell pepper, then chop them. 2. Heat the oil in a large pot and add the onion, leek, and bell pepper. Sauté the vegetables for a few minutes.
3. Add the diced potatoes and curry powder, and mix well.
4. Pour the fish stock into the pot and bring it to a boil. Cook for about 15 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
5. Add the cooking cream and salmon, cut into bite-sized pieces. Let the stew simmer on low heat for another 5-7 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
6. Season with salt, pink peppercorns, and fresh dill before serving.
