- 1 kg potatoes

- 1 teaspoon rosemary (fresh or dried)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
1. Peel and dice the potatoes into evenly sized cubes.
2. Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 10-15 minutes until they are tender but not fully cooked.
3. Drain the potatoes and let them cool for a moment.
4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
5. Add the boiled potatoes to the skillet and sauté for about 10 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.
6. Season the potatoes with salt, black pepper, rosemary, and garlic powder. Mix well.
