A delicious and easy blueberry raspberry pie, perfect for summer days. Preparation time is about 50 minutes, and this recipe serves approximately 8 people.Ingredients
Crust:- 200 g Digestive biscuits
- 100 g melted margarine
Filling:
- 2 dl berries (e.g., blueberries and raspberries)
- 200 g quark (e.g., vanilla quark)
- 0.5 dl sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
Instructions
1. Crush the Digestive biscuits and mix them with the melted margarine.2. Press the biscuit mixture into the bottom of a baking dish and pre-bake the crust in a 200°C oven for about 10 minutes.
3. Sprinkle the berries over the pre-baked crust.
4. In a bowl, mix the quark, sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg together.
5. Pour the mixture over the berries.
6. Bake in the oven for another 30 minutes or until the filling has set.
7. Allow to cool and serve as is or with vanilla sauce or ice cream.
