A creamy and flavorful Indian chicken dish that fills your home with spicy aromas, perfect to serve with naan bread.

Ingredients:

- 500 g chicken breast
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 dl yogurt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp chili powder (to taste)
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft and golden brown.
3. Add the crushed garlic and grated ginger, and cook for another minute.
4. Add the chicken breast to the pan and cook until browned on all sides.
5. Stir in the garam masala, curry powder, turmeric, and chili powder. Cook for a few minutes to release the spices' flavors.
6. Add the cream cheese and yogurt. Mix well and let simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is creamy.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with naan bread.
