Ingredients:

- 1 cup risotto rice
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
2. Heat olive oil in a pot and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
3. Add the risotto rice and cook for a few minutes until slightly translucent.
4. Pour in the white wine and let it evaporate.
5. Gradually add the vegetable broth, ladling it into the rice until absorbed, continuing for about 15-20 minutes.
6. Stir in the frozen peas and cook for a few more minutes.
7. Remove the pot from heat, add grated Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
