Ingredients:

- 500 g yogurt
- 100 g sugar
- 2 dl cream
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 100 g trendy licorice (e.g., salmiakki)
- 1 fennel bulb (thinly sliced)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions:

1. Whip the cream until soft peaks form, then fold in the yogurt, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Mix well.
2. Chop the trendy licorice into small pieces and stir them into the yogurt-cream mixture.
3. Add the sliced fennel and lemon juice to the mixture. Gently fold to combine.
4. Pour the mixture into freezable containers or an ice cream mold.
5. Cover the containers with plastic wrap and place them in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until completely frozen.
6. Allow the ice cream to soften slightly at room temperature before serving. Serve with additional fennel slices if desired.
