A refreshing mint-flavored ice cream served in crunchy cones. Perfect for warm days!
Preparation Time: 20 minutes (plus freezing time)
Serving Size: 6 cones
Ingredients:
- 2 dl skim milk
- 1 dl milk powder
- 1 dl sugar
- 2 tsp mint extract
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 6 ice cream cones
- 1 dl whipped cream (optional for topping)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the skim milk, milk powder, and sugar until smooth.
2. Add the mint extract and stir well to combine.
3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions. If you don't have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a container and freeze, stirring every 30 minutes until fully frozen.
4. Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath or microwave.
5. Once the ice cream is ready, fill the ice cream cones with the mint ice cream.
6. Dip the filled cones into the melted chocolate and allow the chocolate to harden.
7. If desired, top with whipped cream before serving.
