A delightful and aromatic evening tea that offers a soothing moment and helps in preventing colds.

Serving Size: 1 cup
Ingredients:
- 1 Pukka Elderberry & Echinacea tea bag
- 200 ml hot water
- Honey to taste (optional)
- Lemon slice (optional)
Instructions:
1. Boil 200 ml of water.
2. Place the tea bag in a cup and pour the hot water over it.
3. Let the tea steep for 5 minutes.
4. If desired, add honey and a slice of lemon.
5. Stir and enjoy warm.
